The Hexworks warranty package safeguards our entire range of custom built PC’s against defects in materials or workmanship, 1 year for parts and 3 years for labour. We are confident you will never need to contact us regarding a warranty problem as we put every effort into strenuous testing of our systems before they leave us, but we also understand that computers do occasionally go wrong and Hexworks will always be here to help if this happens.
Every Hexworks PC has lifetime technical support, this is provided by the same people who build the systems here in the UK, not from a call centre somewhere overseas. Our technical support is intended to cover hardware issues, we however do make every effort to assist you in working with software problems etc.
Should you need your Hexworks PC repaired in the first 30 days we will cover the cost of collection and delivery, after the first 30 days we can arrange to have the computer collected and returned but the cost must be met by the customer. Alternatively you can arrange your own carrier.
Repairs to Hexworks custom computers are usually completed within 7-14 working days after the machine arrives in our workshop. We make every effort to complete repairs as quickly as possible.
Hexworks cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of accidental damage, disaster, misuse and abuse of your Hexworks custom built computer. If you need to return a computer to us it is the customer’s responsibility to pack the computer securely.
Hexworks will not be responsible for any damage caused by improper packing. Any bios / firmware updates, and or repairs, modifications, or over clocking must be cleared by Hexworks personnel, otherwise it may invalidate your warranty.
If the computer has been modified or repaired by an unauthorised agent we reserve the right to cancel the warranty. Hexworks will not be held responsible for any losses consequential or otherwise resulting from computer failures or delays in repairs to your equipment.
